Like the standard K, the Kamado sits on a lowered pad that brings the grill opening flush with the surrounding countertop, making loading, tending, and serving more comfortable. The added return allows the Unity K Plus to function as a generous standalone smoker station or as part of an L-shaped or extended Unity kitchen layout.

Grill & Appliance Compatibility

The Unity K Plus module is designed specifically to house a Kamado-style grill within a masonry island that provides proper support, ventilation, and clearance, with the added benefit of an integrated return for extra surface area and storage. No cutting or modification is required, and the opening is sized to accommodate most large-format Kamado grills commonly used in outdoor kitchens.

Kamado grills vary more in shape and hardware than built-in gas grills, but the Unity K Plus is designed to accept the majority of large ceramic cookers on the market. Customers may supply their own Kamado or choose a compatible model through Cornerstone to remove any uncertainty about fit.

Other appliances remain flexible within the Unity system:
